Demonstrate particular skills necessary to run training programs

We'll review a "case study" using the development of Camden County Library's "Navigating the Web" class.
We'll look at the stages used to design the class, and
We'll go through the finished product.
Lastly, we'll go over some "tips and tricks from the trenches".
