Short Program Description:
Screencasting is being used increasingly to do computer-based training, online education delivery (PowerPoint with voice narration), software demonstration, and even video podcasting. Screencasts can be delivered online as part of a website, setup as a video podcast, or burned to a CD.

Great web based learning site that makes use of screencasts. Additionally, there is a lesson on Captivate.
This is a subscription site - it's the best $25 that I spend a month.
